Of course it brings up the question whether or not the sign itself is classed as rubbish, and if it wasn't before is it now? It would be a bit like a person walking about life with a great big tattoo saying 'destroy all humans', which by the way sounds pretty cool. At least until a gulliable eager to please space alien comes along.
